Life in Motion Series (Input Form)

Thank you for sharing your story as to how living an active life has made your life much better. The goal of Quitting the Sitting's Life in Motion series is to inspire others to be less sedentary and take those first few steps toward a happier, healthier life. We want to encourage others to join us in the Movement Movement! Your personal and relatable story may be the only nudge that a sedentary person needs to get up and ditch that boring chair!

Since the goal of Life in Motion is to encourage others to be more active, please keep your responses jargon-free and relatable ("I do STS and P90X three times a week while I'm training for my 18th triathlon" is certainly an impressive accomplishment, but unlikely to inspire much change). Recall what it was like when you were sedentary and please write your story with that in mind.

Also, since each story is shared in an image format with a fixed width and length all responses need to be brief. There are character limits (including spaces) for each question that you will find posted at each question. It's perfectly fine not to write in complete sentences. The easiest way to check that your responses are within the allowable limits is to copy and paste each response into LetterCount.com.
